If your journal arrives damaged or something isn't right, please tell us. You won't have to fight for it or jump through hoops — just email us at support@thenoguiltlife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of you. That's a promise.

Because journals are personal — made to hold your words and your days — we're not able to accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
